小學英語面試通常會從以下幾個方面出發(fā)來提問：
1.基礎(chǔ)知識：詞匯、語法、句型等，比如詢問單詞拼寫、動詞變化形式、簡單的句子翻譯等。
2.口語交流：考察學生語音、語調(diào)、流利程度及適應(yīng)國際化環(huán)境的能力?？赡軙霈F(xiàn)朗讀短文、對話、自我介紹/家庭介紹等任務(wù)。
3.聽力理解：快速辨認和理解英文口音、場景交際中的對話內(nèi)容，例如聽取問題后給出正確的回答。
4.閱讀能力：理解和連接文章內(nèi)容，并回答相關(guān)問題，可能會讓學生讀一段故事或文章并回答有關(guān)鍵點的問題。
5.綜合表現(xiàn)：整體評估學生的英語水平和潛力，例如了解學生的愛好、日常生活，在與老師或其他考官溝通時展示信心、禮貌、自信等。
需要了解的是，不同的學?；虻貐^(qū)可能會有不同的面試題目或要求。建議您針對具體面試要求進行備考，并多進行模擬練習以提高答題效率和自信水平。
答：教師面試各地可能采用不同形式，涉及問題當然也是千差萬別，沒有最佳答案，很多地方不采用現(xiàn)場答題形式，而是采用模擬講課形式。
這種形式主要考查考生對課堂教學的駕馭能力，傳授知識的能力及解決問題的能力。通過模擬講課就能淮確判斷你是否是合格的教師。
常考的題目有很多，尤其是八年級下學期力學部分，比如浮力、阿基米德原理、物體的浮與沉、機械效率等，當然光學和電學也有一些?？键c，我覺得備考的時候還是做到全面準備，不管是感覺簡單的還是難的都要做好充分的準備，這樣考場上才能做到從容不慌。
是的，隨機抽一題。按考點安排，登錄面試測評軟件系統(tǒng)，計算機從題庫中隨機抽取試題(幼兒園類別考生從抽取的2道試題中任選1道，其余類別只抽取1道試題)，經(jīng)考生確認后，系統(tǒng)打印試題清單。
抽題室中所抽的題目為試講的題目，不是結(jié)構(gòu)化答辯的題目。題目只是課文的片段或者是某個知識點，不是全篇課文。
復習備考是以全篇課文復習。題目紙下方還有試題要求，不要緊張得漏看題目要求。面試過程1.候考：考生持面試準考證、身份證，按時到達考試地點，進入候考室候考。
2.抽題：按考點安排，登錄面試測評軟件系統(tǒng)，計算機從題庫中隨機抽取試題(幼兒園類別考生從抽取的2道試題中任選1道，其余類別只抽取1道試題)，經(jīng)考生確認后，系統(tǒng)打印試題清單。
3.備課：考生持備課紙、試題清單進入備課室，撰寫教案(或演示活動方案)，備課20分鐘。
4.回答規(guī)定問題。
考官從題庫中隨機抽取2個規(guī)定問題，考生回答，時間5分鐘。
5.試講/演示：考生按照準備的教案(或活動方案)進行試講(或演示)，時間10分鐘。
6.答辯：考官圍繞考生試講(或演示)內(nèi)容和測試項目進行提問，考生答辯，時間5分鐘。
7.中職文化課(公共科目)類別考生面試與高中類別一致，報考中職專業(yè)課、中職實習指導、日語(初級中學)、俄語(初級中學)、心理健康教育(初級中學)、日語(高級中學)、俄語(高級中學)、心理健康教育(高級中學)、日語(中職文化課)、俄語(中職文化課)、心理健康教育(中職文化課)教師資格的考生面試時，需加試專業(yè)知識概述，時間5分鐘。
8.評分：考官依據(jù)評分標準對考生面試表現(xiàn)進行綜合評分，填寫《面試評分表》，經(jīng)組長簽字確認，同時通過面試測評系統(tǒng)提交評分。

初中定向鄉(xiāng)村教師面試的題目，一般分為三類：1.知識考查題目：包括學科基礎(chǔ)知識、生活常識、時政熱點等。例如：請解釋課本第三章第五節(jié)的教學目標；請介紹最近舉行的全國兩會中涉及到的教育政策。2.心理測驗題目：主要考察考生的性格、偏好、處事能力等。例如：請用三個形容詞描述一下自己的性格；您如何評價自己的教育理念。3.教學設(shè)計題目：通過讓考生設(shè)計相關(guān)的教學內(nèi)容，來考察考生的教學設(shè)計能力。例如：請設(shè)計一節(jié)教學中，如何進行生動活潑的課堂互動；請針對某一場景，設(shè)計一套行之有效的班級管理方案。
小學英語教師面試在試講的時候不需要全程說英語的。
這個也要根據(jù)實際情況來定，你可以全程說英語，也可以中英結(jié)合，這樣小學生理解起來會更容易一些，因為考試本身就是一次試講的一個過程，不要讓學生能聽懂你講的課才行，監(jiān)考老師就是學生的角色。
